The deeply annoying Ezra Klein spent about four minutes explaining how dangerous Donald Trump is and there are so many glaring errors and assumptions that it takes a good 40 minutes to respond. His site Vox is devoted to sitting on a high horse and explaining to us plebs what goes on in the world but the guy is so unbelievably arrogant, it hasn’t occurred to him that he argues like a babysitter.

Fast-rising China and the outcome of the recent US elections are fundamentally transforming the global order. China’s economic growth, military expansion, aggressive behavior in the South and East China Seas, growing presence around the world, and increasingly emboldened foreign policy present a growing challenge to the US-led global system created in the aftermath of the Second World War. Statements by US President-elect Donald Trump questioning US commitments around the world have further exacerbated this fundamental shift. Living in a post-American world will have enormous consequences and touch every aspect of our lives. Metzl explores the key drivers of our fundamentally transforming world, what it will mean for global politics, economics, and culture, and what kinds of collective action will be required to lay a foundation for a stable future.

Donald Trump supporters and anti-Trump protesters have been clashing at Trump rallies since the beginning of his presidential campaign. Depending on the city, violence has been initiated by both of the opposing sides, yet supporters blame protesters and protesters blame Trump’s fanatical fans. Ultimately, the responsibility falls on the person that is promoting hate speech from the stage and making no attempts to reduce the violent altercations at his events.
Donald Trump began his campaign by alleging that Mexico sends rapists and criminals across the U.S. border, as a demagogue who has riled up dangerous anti-immigrant feelings. “What many people think and say in their houses now is being expressed in the streets and in their workplaces and in public spaces,” says Univision’s Jorge Ramos, the anchor of the nation’s largest Spanish-language newscast, who Trump kicked out of one of his press conferences in August.
Protesters and supporters have been facing off at Donald Trump rallies for as long as he’s been running for president. Initially, Trump encouraged violence against protesters; he’s since taken a winking, you-know-what-I-really-mean tone in discouraging it. During his rallies, Donald Trump occasionally warns the crowd not to hurt protesters, but he’s barely able to contain his excitement as violence erupts. “It’s sort of exciting, isn’t it? Sort of exciting!” Trump has said as protesters were removed. “Aren’t the Trump rallies the greatest?”
Trump eventually bailed on his Chicago rally after “law enforcement” recommended he pull the plug. (The Chicago Police Department denied it recommended the rally be canceled.) Trump later blamed violence at his rallies on the protesters, who he claims are supporters of Democratic candidates Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. However, many of the violent altercations began when Trump supporters attacked protesters for exercising their constitutional right of free speech and protests.
Paul Wertheimer, a crowd control specialist once called the “marshal of the mosh pit” by The Washington Post, said the power to control the crowd ultimately lies with Trump. “This is no different than if he were a rock star on stage,” Wertheimer said. “You can whip up the mosh pit or you can calm it down. He’s holding the mic. He’s in control.” Wertheimer said the way Trump encourages the crowd concerns him. “What is troubling to me is that Mr. Trump seems to enjoy it and seems to encourage it and to manipulate the crowd into situations that are beyond his control. If he doesn’t become more cautious, it’s going to be beyond his control to manage.

Mark Cuban: Trump’s Review Of H-1B Visa: Bad For America Overall
President Trump said in a Friday morning tweet that he’s not getting enough credit from the national media for all his successes in his first 100 days. — Donald Trump: “No matter how much I accomplish during the ridiculous standard of the first 100 days, & it has been a lot (including S.C.), media will kill!” — Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, agrees with the president’s assessment. On “Fox & Friends Weekend” this morning, Lewandowski argued that Trump’s has accomplished an extraordinary amount since he took office, including the confirmation of new Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorusch, an expansion of the Veterans Choice Act, his “Buy American, Hire American” executive order, his unlocking of the Keystone Pipeline and much more.
“He had the promises during the campaign, and he’s holding those promises,” Lewandowski said, adding that the mainstream media has not been fair to Trump in their coverage of his many accomplishments. He explained they are focusing on three big items that Trump will get done, but hasn’t yet: tax reform, the ObamaCare repeal and replace, and a trillion-dollar infrastructure bill. “When you look at those three things, any of those would be considered a major accomplishment by any single administration,” Lewandowski said. “He’s going to get all of them done. [That] is the difference.” — “He’s the greatest deal-maker our country’s ever seen, and I’m very confident all three of those are going to get done before the end of the first year.” Despite that, Lewandowski said, the media has been extremely critical of Trump, noting a recent study that found 89 percent of the coverage of the president has been negative.

And the following facts:
CLINTON DEFENDING A SUSPECTED CHILD RAPIST
In a sworn affidavit aiming to coerce a psychiatric evaluation of the sixth-grade victim, Clinton during the case nearly 40 years ago called into question the girl’s emotional stability, arguing she had exhibited “a tendency to seek out older men and engage in… fantasizing.” She added, citing a child psychology expert that “children in early adolescence tend to exaggerate or romanticize sexual experiences and that adolescents with disorganized families, such as the complainant, are even more prone to such behavior.”
But in the recording, Clinton indicated she believed her client was indeed guilty. Heard laughing, she said the polygraph test he managed to pass “forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs.”
CLINTON UTILIZING ISLAMOPHOBIA IN 2008
Barack Obama’s campaign team today accused Hillary Clinton’s beleaguered staff of mounting a desperate dirty tricks operation by circulating a picture of him in African dress, feeding into false claims on US websites that he is a Muslim.
Trump has spent years courting Hillary and other Dems
Donald Trump jumped into the crowded and rowdy Republican presidential field on Tuesday, but the business magnate has astutely played both sides of the aisle for years, and has been especially cozy — financially and personally — with Hillary Clinton.
CLINTON’S NEOCON POLICIES
“I feel comfortable with her on foreign policy,” Mr. Kagan said, adding that the next step after Mr. Obama’s more realist approach “could theoretically be whatever Hillary brings to the table” if elected president. “If she pursues a policy which we think she will pursue,” he added, “it’s something that might have been called neocon, but clearly her supporters are not going to call it that; they are going to call it something else.” http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/16/us/politics/historians-critique-of-obama-foreign-policy-is-brought-alive-by-events-in-iraq.html?_r=0

SAN DIEGO — Hillary Clinton unleashed blistering criticism of Donald Trump Thursday in a fiery foreign policy address that cast the presumptive Republican nominee as an unstable lightweight “temperamentally unfit” to be president.
“Donald Trump’s ideas aren’t just different — they are dangerously incoherent,” Clinton said. “They’re not even really ideas — just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds, and outright lies.”
She continued, “He’s not just unprepared — he’s temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility.”
Before an audience of 250 invited guests, Clinton argued that Trump is a uniquely unprepared presidential candidate, whose foreign policy views are highly malleable and subject to the whims of his moods. The address offers a preview of the type of heated rhetoric and lines of attack that sure to be on display in the fall campaign.
Trump blasted back at Clinton.
“Bad performance by Crooked Hillary Clinton! Reading poorly from the telepromter! She doesn’t even look presidential!,” he tweeted.
In another tweet, he said, “Crooked Hillary no longer has credibility – too much failure in office. People will not allow another four years of incompetence!”
The speech, which one Clinton aide said was the “centerpiece” of her five-day trip through California ahead of the primary on Tuesday, looked to undercut Trump’s ability to woo national security-focused independent and Republican voters.
“This is not someone who should ever have the nuclear codes,” she declared, claiming Trump could start a war just because somebody “got under his very thin skin.”
She warned, “We cannot put the safety of our children and grandchildren in Donald Trump’s hands. We cannot let him roll the dice with America.”
In her opening her remarks, she said the election in November “is a choice between a fearful America that is less secure and less engaged with the world, and a strong America that leads to keep us safe and our economy going.”
Since Trump became the presumptive Republican nominee, Clinton has directly challenged his ability to handle foreign policy issues and has taken to labeling him a “loose cannon” who will make it more difficult for the United States to operate on the global arena.
Clinton’s campaign feels, because of her experience as a senator and secretary of state, Clinton will be able to use her experience to effectively hit Trump on national security.
Trump, on the other hand, has questioned her judgment about interventions in Iraq and Libya — two conflicts Clinton backed — but has left out the fact that he previously supported them, too.
“She doesn’t have the temperament to be president. She’s got bad judgment. She’s got horribly bad judgment,” Trump said last week. “If you look at the war in Iraq, if you look at what she did with Libya, which was a total catastrophe.”
Clinton, then a senator, voted in 2002 to authorize the use of military force in Iraq. And as secretary of state in 2011, she forcefully argued in favor of military intervention to overthrow Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi.
Before Clinton’s address Thursday afternoon, President Barack Obama struck on some similar themes in his commencement address to the Air Force Academy.
While Obama did not mention Trump, he rebutted some of the foreign policy arguments Trump has put forward — proposals that lean toward reducing America’s role in global affairs.
“As we navigate this complex world, America cannot shirk the mantle of leadership,” Obama said. “We can’t be isolationist. It’s not possible in this globalized, interconnected world. In these uncertain times, it’s tempting sometimes to pull back and try to wash our hands of conflicts that seem intractable, let other countries fend for themselves. But history teaches us, from Pearl Harbor to 9/11, that oceans alone cannot protect us. We cannot turn inward.”
